Terms and Conditions – tk1971 Online Gaming Platform

1 Introduction

tk1971 may ask you to verify your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated prior to verification being completed may be withheld pending the outcome of the verification process.

3 Account Registration

Registration at tk1971 is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address or mobile number.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.
• You must not create an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your username and password secure and confidential at all times.
• tk1971 will never contact you by email or chat support to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, do not comply and contact support immediately.
• You must notify tk1971 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• All information provided at registration must be kept up to date. You can update your details through the account settings section.

tk1971 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits and transactions on tk1971 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet and over-the-counter)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet and app transfer)
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Direct bank transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit cards and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are typically credited to your tk1971 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. In some cases, particularly for bank transfers, processing may take longer depending on your bank. tk1971 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed on the Deposit page within your account. tk1971 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

tk1971 operates PKR as its native currency. No currency conversion fees or hidden exchange rate markups are applied to deposits made in PKR through the supported local payment methods listed above.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit wherever possible. For full details on processing times and minimum withdrawal amounts, see the dedicated Withdrawal page.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before being approved. This is a standard security measure applied consistently across all accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Processing time after approval depends on the payment method selected.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally the fastest and are processed on a priority basis.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 working days after approval depending on the receiving bank.
• tk1971 does not charge a withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

In cases where tk1971 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering or a violation of these Terms, a withdrawal may be held pending investigation. The player will be notified of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

tk1971 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time the promotion is advertised or claimed.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements which must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings can be made.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, expiry periods and maximum bet limits are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use. Using multiple accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• tk1971 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

tk1971 offers a wide range of games across Slots, Casino, Live Casino, Bingo, Sports and Crash categories — all accessible through the Game Lobby. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are displayed within the game interface and should be read before play begins.

All games on tk1971 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. RTPs are theoretical and represent long-run average return over a large number of rounds — individual sessions may produce results that are significantly above or below this figure.

8 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1971 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, legal action:

• Opening more than one account or using another person's account.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of chip dumping or match manipulation.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other illegal financial activity.
• Filing a fraudulent chargeback with your payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on the platform.
• Sharing login credentials or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform for which you have no authorisation.

Where tk1971 suspects that prohibited activity has occurred, it reserves the right to withhold all funds in the affected account pending investigation. The outcome of any such investigation is final at the sole discretion of tk1971.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

tk1971 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of the platform.
• Patterns of play or financial behaviour that raise concerns under responsible gaming guidelines.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting tk1971 customer support. If your account holds a real-money balance at the time of closure and no Terms violations are present, your remaining balance will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method within a reasonable timeframe after any pending verification or wagering requirements have been resolved.

Players who self-exclude through the responsible gaming tools available in the account dashboard cannot re-register during the exclusion period. Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will result in the new account being closed and any deposits made being returned.
